Welcome to VynRide. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the VynRide platform, including our mobile applications, website, and related services. By using VynRide as a rider, driver, or visitor, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By creating an account or using the platform, you:
VynRide may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept all changes.
Users must register with accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Users may NOT:
You must have a compatible smartphone, active internet, and updated app version to use VynRide.
Drivers agree to:
VynRide can deactivate drivers who violate policies.
Riders must:
Riders who violate rules may be banned from the platform.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, or other factors. Estimated fares may vary from final fares depending on real-time conditions.
VynRide accepts: Cash, Mobile Money, Debit/Credit Cards, VynRide Wallet/Credits.
Fees may apply when: Riders cancel after a driver is already en route, or a driver waits beyond the grace period.
Drivers receive payment minus VynRide’s commission. Earnings summaries are available in the driver app.
VynRide provides: Driver verification, Trip tracking, SOS emergency button, Support and reporting systems.
We strictly prohibit: Violence or threats, Harassment or abuse, Discrimination, Illegal substances, Reckless driving.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Cancellation fees may apply based on timing.
If a driver cancels, another driver will be assigned. Frequent cancellations may lead to driver penalties.
Riders may request a review of incorrect fares or issues via the Help Center.
VynRide is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles.
However, we assist riders and drivers in coordinating recovery of lost items through Trip history and Support channels.
Drivers may charge a return fee for delivering lost items.
VynRide does not guarantee:
We may suspend access for maintenance or misuse.
VynRide is a technology platform, not a transportation company. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. We are not liable for: Personal injury or property loss during trips, Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions, Driver or rider misconduct, Loss of data or system errors. Users accept trips at their own risk.
VynRide may suspend or deactivate accounts for: Fraud or identity misuse, Safety violations, Non-payment, Repeated misconduct, Breach of Terms.
Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
All app logos, designs, features, and branding are the property of VynRide. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
