2.4 Payment & Transaction Data

Payment method details (cash, mobile money, card), Billing information, Trip receipts, fares, and earnings.

2.5 Device & App Usage Data

Device type and operating system, IP address, App crashes, logs, and performance data, In-app interactions and feature use.

2.6 Communication Data

Messages exchanged with support, Call logs (masked numbers only), Feedback, ratings, and complaints.
We do not store sensitive financial data such as full credit card numbers.

4.3 For Legal or Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required by: Law enforcement, Court orders, To protect users from harm, To investigate fraud or safety incidents.

4.4 Business Transfers

If VynRide undergoes a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred securely.
