Open the VynRide app, enter your pickup and destination, choose your ride type, and confirm. A nearby driver will be matched to you instantly.

The app shows an upfront estimated fare before you confirm your ride. This ensures transparency and avoids surprises.

You can pay with: Cash, Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.

Once a driver accepts your request, you can track their movement on the app in real time, including their vehicle details and ETA.

Yes. Safety is a top priority. VynRide provides verified drivers, in-app SOS button, trip sharing with friends/family, 24/7 support monitoring, background checks, and vehicle inspections.

Go to Trip History -> Report Issue -> Lost Item, or contact support. The driver will be notified and we will help you retrieve your item.

Yes. You may cancel before the driver arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and driver effort.

You will automatically be matched with another nearby driver. If it occurs often, report the trip so we can take action.

After each trip, you can leave a rating and feedback. This helps us reward great drivers and improve service.

Earnings from each trip are calculated based on the trip fare, distance covered, time spent, bonuses and incentives, and any surge or peak pricing. After every trip, the full amount is paid to the driver, and they receive a detailed breakdown of the trip for their records.

Payments are made instantly by the user into your preferred payment method.

Your vehicle must be in good condition, clean, roadworthy, and within the acceptable model years defined by VynRide for your city.

Yes. Drivers choose their own hours. You can drive full-time, part-time, or only during peak periods.

VynRide does not charge any commission. Drivers only pay a daily access fee, valid for 24 hours, to be able to accept rides. All fees are shown clearly in the driver dashboard — no hidden charges.

Use the in-app SOS button if necessary and report the rider through the Help Center. Safety is a priority, and we investigate every incident.
